Ingredients
- Clear plastic potion bottle or small plastic bottle with lid removed
- Black permanent marker or jack-o-lantern face stickers
- Baking soda
- Orange food coloring
- Orange glitter
- White vinegar
- Small funnel or spoon
- Tray or bin to contain the mess
Instructions
- Draw or stick a jack-o-lantern face on the outside of the plastic bottle.
- Set the bottle inside a tray or bin.
- Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons of baking soda into the bottle.
- Add a few drops of orange food coloring and a pinch of orange glitter.
- Pour vinegar into the bottle and watch it bubble and fizz.
- Rinse and refill to repeat the fizzy fun.
Notes
Supervise young children closely and remind them not to taste the potion. Rinse the bottle and tray after each use for easy reuse.
